Karen Treciak is President of Claims Management Solutions. It was founded in order to meet the growing needs of businesses to help them control and manage their insurance claims and to insurance brokers who are outsourcing their claims management functions. Ms. Treciak brings over 20 years of diverse experience as a claims/risk management professional. She has held senior level claims positions within large property and casualty insurers where she managed litigated and multi-faceted liability coverage claims as well as complex workers compensation claims. She has also held claims consulting positions with international insurance brokers. Her additional experience as a corporate claims consultant rounds out her experience in the full spectrum of claims issues.
With this wide range of experience Ms. Treciak understands the operations of the insurance carriers, insurance brokers and the risks faced by her clients which allow her to provide claims management oversight from a technical perspective to include coverage/reserve analysis, claims and litigation management as well as claims investigation, evaluation and negotiations.
She has earned the reputation of being a problem-solver and client advocate and is committed to providing solutions to her client‘s needs.
Claims Management Solutions is in the process of being certified as an MBE and DBE.
